First experience with them, overall they were professional but I felt they could have communicated a little better when there was a delay in getting the parts. Pricing was reasonable, and my car is running so much better! Overall a good experience and I will definitely use them again if repairs are needed

I purchased a car from a dealership and the motor ended up going out on it. Had it towed to complete auto care and it’s been here to almost two weeks now! Every time I call them or the dealership I’m always told that they are working on it. I was initially told that the motor would take about 4 days to come in and then it would take about a day and a half to get the work done. My car is STILL parked in the same spot after I spoke with them yesterday and was told that they were working on it! Worst place ever! I WILL NOT be using them again if I can help it. I have to work and run errands, but how can I do that when I don’t even have my car? Taxis become expensive after a while and i am limited on my transportation options. Get it together because this is ridiculous!
