Where do i start? On February 24th, I was stranded on 95 northbound to New York in the middle of the night due to a blown CV axle. It was either an expensive tow truck ride to New York or back to Virginia . Fast-forward, I searched for a repair shop nearby and found Complete Auto Repair Service at the top of the list based on their reviews (now I understood why). Lo behold, I found myself camping out in their parking lot overnight till they opened at 8 a.m the next morning. (Now to the good stuff) I met the owner Mike and thankfully he was able to squeeze me into their busy schedule that morning. Mike was pleasant and truly knowledgeable about car repair in its entirety. He took the time to diagnose and confirm the issue and thoroughly explained the inner mechanics of the axle (I mean, really broke it down Barney style for me). Another employee, Scott, worked on my vehicle in less the time that part was required, and even he, came with a wealth of knowledge. I can truly say I've been in some sticky situations before, but these two gentlemen truly extended their services far and beyond. This establishment displayed nothing short of honesty, professionalism, and commitment to their craftsmanship. I am more than thankful to have stumbled upon a business as such. Again, thank you, you guys are awesome!

Great service, very responsive, and great prices. I needed a lot of work done on my car after realizing I should stop trusting my family when they say they can "fix it for cheaper." I had an oil leak that I had been dealing with for 2 years and also covered up other issues it had like a leak it my coolant line(close save). They fixed everything for me and I haven't had an issue since. I will be going to this shop from now on. Quality work is worth the price.

We absolutely love CARS! Both my husband and I have been coming here for years concerning our minor and major car repairs. We are never disappointed in the quality of workmanship.
