My husband took our Mercedes to him to put a fuel filter on. He was able to put it on but he also noticed what else was wrong with the fuel system on our car. He works on my mother-in-law's vehicle and the rest of my husband's family takes their cars to him. Rich does great work and he does the work right. He doesn't rig stuff up like a lot of so called mechanics do around this town. I would recommend Rich to anyone that need their vehicles worked on and done right. Thanks Rich for working on our car. We brought our camper to this business in September 2019. The initial meeting we had with him was very positive and he promised he could fix it. I told him there was no rush, but we'd like to be able to use it next camping season. We called multiple times to check on it over the next few months. He didn't answer the phone 99.9% of the time, but on the few times he did, he would say he was waiting on parts. We are now into June 2020 and today we went and picked the camper up. He had done nothing to it. It was still parked where we left it nine months ago. Extremely disappointed. Not only did he not fix our camper, he lied to us. We were more than patient with him. No communication from him at all. If he didn't want to fix it, he could have just told us rather than lying about it. I would never recommend this business as reputable.
