My car died at a light after dark due to the failure of the alternator. We pushed the car to a nearby gas station. On a friend's recommendation we called the next morning and we're given a reasonable quote for towing and repair. The vehicle was repaired promptly and correctly. Every stage of the process was communicated and painless. Highly recommended.

Traveling from KY to do Ida cleanup. Stopped at two tire centers prior to being sent across the street to this place. Oh my, what a godsend Carl was. He was close to closing but was eager to get it plugged so we could get back on the road. Great customer service. Thank you Carl.

I brought my Jeep in to have my wires checked . Instead he kept my Jeep overnight just to let me know it was a starter issue. I had my starter replaced prior to bringing my Jeep into the shop so I knew that wasn’t the issue. He even explained how he noticed the starter looked brand new and still said I should get it replaced instead of taking the time to diagnose the real issue. Everyone there had horrible attitudes and bad customer service . I am so glad I had a diagnostic completed prior to bringing it in or else he would have had me pay $3-400 to replace something that was not the issue. Don’t waste your time coming here. It’s not worth it.

We have used Complete Automotive pretty much since they opened their doors... Bryan has always given us straightforward, honest and timely diagnosis and plan to repair... Their mechanics are knowledgeable and professional. They are also very good at backing their work as sometimes little things need readdressing days and/ or months after original repairs... Will highly recommend them to friends and family... 5 Stars...
