Rob Reach5 StarWhile driving across Pennsylvania on our way to Ohio we got a flat tire.
We found Complete Service Center online and called to see if they could help. The woman working the phone and the desk could not have been more welcoming, telling us to come right in. I am sorry not to have each person's name handy because each individual was SO nice and helpful.
The gentleman in the shop could have been working a professional pit stop-he examined and patched our tire so efficiently. It is not that common in today's world to encounter people who are just plain nice as these folks are. They were equally capable. We were sure we were going to miss an appointment we needed to make that evening and we made it just in time thanks to this team of great folks. Thank you, Complete Service Center! Kevin Rafalko1 StarYou do not need to like someone to do business with them, but it sure does help. He did not fully listen at any time, to what we were asking. He just wanted us done and out of the way. His work isn't bad, and the cost is not too high. I have found cheaper and better. He did argue with us over stupid things. We clearly, more than once, asking about labor and cost of an item, but he was not fully listening to us. It is fine, I get it. I have worked customer service in my day. But listening is important and he did not do that. I had to edit this because two days later we had an issues the exhaust he replaced was making noise. Turns out is was not fully done right and we had to go to another shop to fix the weld spot he did.Wednesday 17th November 2021
