Steve and Jana are great!!! Since my vehicle was new, I have had two sets of tires replaced with only 60,000 miles. They replaced the tires and also suggested that I check the alignment to assure the best mileage on my new tires. Steve's alignment machine was able to print out a "Before and After" and it showed my car was WAY out of alignment. After picking up my car, I noticed right away how much smoother it drove and I image that my fuel mileage will only increase. Thanks, Steve and Jana. GREAT JOB!

They did a great job working on my vehicle and found another issue that could have been a major problem in the future if not discovered. We will use them again for sure!

Had trouble finding a mechanic who could work on a mini cooper but Steve at connot guaranteed me he knew what he was doing and had worked on several mini cooper's in the past.. I Paid him to diagnose a sound in engine and let us know if there's any other issues that needed addressed. mechanic said it was the timing belt paid $2000 to repair noise came back almost immediately. Brought the car back mechanic said he's not sure what the sound is and the motor was possibly bad. I asked him to compression test the motor and he came back stating it was good. Mechanic states that it may need oil pump because oil pressure is low. Mechanic wants another $2500 to guess again and try to fix it right the 2nd time around. Throughout this process the mechanic would state he wasn't sure what the problem was.. we talked in length and I felt I was more knowledgeable about the car and what the problem could be it was a very unsettling feeling.. Consumer beware if you have the time and money for the mechanic to hit and miss a few times before he gets the job done right connot auto repair might be for you. Will be leaving a COMPLAINT with bbb if business is accredited. I feel if the vehicle was properly diagnosed to begin with we wouldn't have this problem now. I feel the money spent to make the original repair should be refunded minus parts cost. I don't mind paying for the labor if the mechanic would have diagnosed the problem correctly the 1st time.
