Sharon Cameron5 StarWhen I bought my 13 year old Prius, I took it to Cooper Lake Automotive, to check out and I was so impressed then that they (Patrick and Sherman) were so knowledgeable, organized, polite and kind. Then we had a frost, and I couldn't open the trunk. It had been sticking just a little, but having it frozen spurred me to take it right in to them. They found the problem and ordered the little part and had it installed in a few days. All works perfectly.
Truly, they are an incredible company. It's not Christmas now, but whenever I've been there, it seems like my team are the only ones there (just for me). I didn't see anyone else working though I did see other cars parked. I realize this super service is all well planned!

Janice Goodwin5 StarI was traveling to FL when my tire pressure warning signal suddenly come on. My tire pressure measured at recommended levels but the warning remained. When I explained my problem, I was first told that they couldn't help that day; they were fully booked. I explained I was traveling alone still had 500+ miles to go and was afraid to continue with the warning light on, The mechanic volunteered to see what he could do and quickly fixed it.
