I feel that 1 star at this point is a compliment when compared to the service I got. I took my vehicle in for repairs on a Wednesday and was told it needed additional repairs. I made another appointment for the following Monday. I was told the vehicle would be ready by the end of the day. By closing time I had not received a call so I called. I was told they did not get the part in and that they didn't even try to get the part till monday morning. I don't know why they didn't order the part earlier since they knew for 3 business days that I would be there Monday for the repairs, but I digress. I was told the mechanic would call me with an update before they closed. I was never contacted. I then called the next day a few hours before they closed due to nobody contacting me once again. I was told that nobody knew anything on the status of my vehicle. I was then told someone would contact me shortly with information. I told the lady on the phone that my vehicle has been in the shop for 2 days for a 6 hour repair so please have someone call. My exact words. I then received a call from the owner who immediately began yelling and being rude because I made her daughter cry, the girl that answered the phone. I told her I was not rude and she told me she did not care and to come get my vehicle, which was still not repaired. At this point I would not let these people fix my daughters barbie dream car. They are rude, have poor customer service skills and apparently are snowflakes that get their feelings hurt when someone asks for a call back.

Recently retired from the military and bought a cabin out in Turtletown. My neighbors all said go to Copper City. Fantastic. Everybody treat you like family, their service is unmatched as well as great prices. We all want to have a place we can depend on and we don’t worry about being gouged or feeling like we are a number. Copper city is the best auto service shop I have ever been to in my life. Crystal is great to work with and she follows up on everything. I highly recommend Copper city to everyone.

Great honest people. You can trust them to tell you the truth about you car. I just moved into the area and had transmission problems. They researched the area and found the best transmission shop for me. I am a customer for life.
