No my issue is with you. I tried to negotiate an agreement with you on my truck several times. And neither of us have gotten very far.

Penten4 StarI came her on the recommendation of a friend. I asked if the job could be done within a 4 day period and I was told yes . deadline rolls around and and it gets pushed back , this is the vehicle I need for work . If the deadline couldn't have been met I wouldn't have even brought my truck in .
communication was terrible. The part they ordered was wrong and didn't let me know . I only found out because I was told it was suppose to be done yesterday so I checked in on it and that's when I found out .
After being reassured it would be done today (2 days past when it was suppose to be done) and that I would be notified I've had friends tell me they've seen my vehicle out front appeared to be done. Which I wouldn't have known about because I got 0 communication unless I initiated it.
bottom line. Failed to meet promise date , zero communication, and an overall disappointment. Oh and to top it off they didn't even start working on it until Friday and I dropped it off the prior Monday. So I was without my vehicle for 6 days in total
**Update**
I did talk to owner and he did explain the situation which is why I'm changing the rating for the better . It did take longer than planned but as far as I know everything was fixed correctly (I haven't been able to check for myself but I don't have any reason to doubt their workmanship) we apparently should have talked over the phone to clear up the miscommunication.Sunday 3rd October 2021
