Caroline Mckinney5 StarI had been emailing with Ray who is very nice about a separate issue (my car vibrating while driving no matter what) so I was going to bring it in on Saturday. Unfortunately I got 2 flat tires on my way to work. I called Craftsman Auto McLean and spoke with Steve who was very nice and explained what happened and how I was going to bring my car in on Saturday. He told me if I could have the car towed there by 12pm he could order 2 tires and have them replaced which I did. He was communicative throughout the day informed me about the price and was able to give me a discount! Around 2-2:30pm Chris called me to let me know my car was ready. Everybody was super nice and understanding with all the questions I had! I will definitely take my car there from now on!!Thursday 31st March 2022

NZolnoor5 StarThis is my favorite repair shop I've ever been to. Ray and his team have helped me out multiple times, getting my car repaired in a timely manner, giving me rides to and from the shop, etc.
I also want to say: I'm not a car guy. The Craftsman mechanics understand that and that not everybody knows the inner workings of an automobile. They take great time and care to answer every one of your questions AND, my absolute favorite part, you always get an online report of your car's maintenance stats and what was performed on your vehicle. Often includes explanations anyone can understand as well.
