Todd Deitrick2 StarOur alternator went out on my wife and mother in law on their trip from Utah to San Luis Valley Colorado and back. The Camry stalled just over Wolf Creek Pass heading home about ten minutes out of Pagosa Springs. A kind lady gave my wife and mother in law a ride into town and took them to CT’s Automotive. The towing company with the help of AAA worked fast to get the car towed to CT’s. CT’s.we’re kind enough to fit us ahead of a 3-week backlog of car repairs. They quickly replaced my alternator with an after market replacement they found in town in about 20 minutes for just over $700.Tuesday 20th July 2021

Kita Majors5 StarWhile on a getaway excursion with my husband, my car had to be towed from Chama, NM to CT's. No one else in town besides Chris even had time to look at it and diagnose the problem for me. As it was a Friday, and I live 160 miles away from Pagosa Springs and had lots of company coming to my house no less, I needed information to decide on car rentals, hotels, etc. He found the issue to be a fuel pump, and picked up the new one on Saturday on his own time from the dealership in Farmington, rather than waiting on one from Denver. He had my car repaired and checked out thoroughly by Monday afternoon for me. I am so grateful that he squeezed me into his extremely full schedule, and made the repair so quickly and efficiently!
