I’ve taken many of my vehicles to Curt’s over several years now and always been treated fairly. I love the fact that sometimes, my issue can be repaired with minimal work and at a very low cost. Of course that’s not always possible, but the team at Curt’s always discuss my options with me in advance and I’ve been satisfied with their work every time I need them. Ethan at the front counter has been there a long time and he always keeps me informed on the progress, and the repair technicians consistently do great work under the hood. I’ll continue to use them and I recommend their facility to anyone.

I am not sure how to articulate exactly how much I appreciate every single person such as the owner, and everyone that works at Curt’s Auto Repair. As a single parent of four children, and a guardian of my special needs uncle, having a vehicle is extremely vital to our family for all the necessary appts, school activities, and medical needs. I anticipated professionalism, but I received something much much much more than that. Cars are not cheap, and being absolutely realistic about my vehicle’s condition, and knowing it was possible it could be costly. They were very reasonable in every aspect of the repair. I was taken care of in a fashion of beyond the call of duty. I had no where really to turn to, and then I found Curt’s auto repair shop. They were extremely thorough in their findings, very empathetic about my situation, and it was the most comforting experience during such a stressful time. John and his crew were very efficient, diligent, punctual, and took excellent care of my SUV. My family and I are so appreciate of such a positive outcome. They were very aware of my situation, and took every measure to address all my concerns. I could have not asked for any place better, than Curt’s Auto Repair. It sounds crazy, but I felt like their family really took care of ours. If you want the best, and extraordinary service, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CURT’S AUTO SHOP!

Less that 5K miles ago Curt's replaced a crankshaft seal to fix a minor oil leak. Now they want to charge $1500+ to do the same repair. It's a rip off. Crankshaft seals, if repaired right, last 50K - 60K miles minimum and often last 100K miles or more. Far more than 5K. When asked, they would NOT back up their work. I'll never use them again.
