Brought my 09 Honda to them when I first got it, 116,000 miles for an oil leak. They changed the valve cover seal an did a tune up also fixed a sway bar. $1200. Also asked why my engine was so loud. They said those cars run loud. Apparently they had no knowledge that those trucks are notorious for burning too much oil an leaking. (Dealer mechanic told me this). Took my car back at 140,000 miles for the engine sounding funny again when accelerating. Was told it needed a valve adjustment. Made an appointment had my car there 4 days called me an asked it I wanted my timing belt done since they had my car already. Valve adjustment was $650 then $950 for the timing. Told them not to do the timing please just fix the noise. So they called to tell me they were done but my car still had the noise, so they fixed nothing!!! What??? You told me the valves needed to be adjusted. Paid them and brought my truck to the dealer. They had the truck 1HOUR, soon as they reved it passed 3000 rpm u can hear a knocking coming from the engine block on the 1st cylinder. (So the loud engine was NOT normal like D’Addario’s told me, it was actually the engine going)Dealer said since the truck is known for burning oil an leaks it was probably driven by the previous owner with no oil. They told me to get rid of it. I had this truck not even 2 years an still making payments. So all this time my engine was going and they just kept fixing things (or not). I basically gave them $650 for free.

Love having D'Addario's Auto Service taking care of all three of our family vehicles. I can trust them with our cars and they don't do work that is not needed and that means the world to me given how technical vehicles are now. Great family run business as well.
