I really appreciated how mr. Rudy came to the rescue very fast and for it being so late in the day i was very very very pleased with the service i was provided. He took his time to get my car on the truck, he cared and was very smooth with getting the car to my house and even drop off . He really went above and beyond for me and my vehicle. And the price was way way better than any other place i called at that time. I was very very very very satisfied with the great customer appreciation and service that i received. I will be calling then again god forbid no time soon tho !

Terrible customer service, I tried towing my car I had set up an appointment to tow my vehicl on the 21st, but due to their lousiness they had delayed me to the 22nd, only to tell me mudfay that they can’t tow my car because they had misheard me. I clearly stated the location I wanted to deliver the car to multiple times. . I’m highly appalled at the service, totally wastedo my time and offset my plans

My father's truck got stuck on the highway's shoulder. I called several companies with a estimate wait time of an hour and a half! Thankfully this company were able to get to my father's location within 30 minutes! Even though the cost was $15 more than other tow truck companies it was well worth it!
