I struggled with finding the solutions to my cooling problems in my party bus. Naturally when I heard about D & D Auto Air Conditioning, I called and made an appointment right away. I finally felt that there was someone who could and would help me in getting my bus cool. I met Tim Rowan (one of the mechanics) whom I felt after listening to my problems, would address my needs by fix the problem. I was wrong. On my initial visit, Tim change a hose where he explained was leaking. That cost me almost $200. I was told to bring the bus back for further problem fixing. The estimate cost was $1500. Two days into the repairing, Tim called me to say that the original estimate was incorrect, and that the new estimate would now be $3500. I had no choice, Tim had my bus and I was at his mercy. I approved the cost. I finally received the bus about 3 days later when Tim bragged about his work but felt that he was not responsible for replacing the cabinetry he pulled apart. I obliged by saying that I would put it back together although I did not know how, and paid Tim my final bill of $3791.12. Excited to have my bus running with cool air, we took it on assignment 2 days later only to discover that the bus a) not only did it not have cool air, b) it now made a horrible noise coming from the engine. I made the decision to send the bus to the client with no air. Obviously the client did not have a good experience and demanded a refund. I took the bus back to Tim and explained my situation hoping he would give me some kind of refund. Tim said "no". I am disappointed with the lack of service and workmanship I received from D & D Auto Air. I felt that more could have been done. I would not recommend D & D to anyone.

I had a great experience. I called and was seen the same day with in 20 minutes from my first call. Tim was great and the mechanics and staff are amazing great prices and it was great chilling waiting knowing that my truck was fixed with in the time frame they advised me.. thank you all for the great experience my baby girl love the staff too. Thank you for the ice and cups and water. My air is freezing now lol...
