I had an appointment a week ahead of time. I called a day ahead to confirm. When I got there they said even with an appointment it is first come first serve service. I had parts on hand so I wouldn’t have to wait for ordered parts. This made them mad because they were not making money on parts. I explained I needed the vehicle ASAP to transport an amputee. It took 6 days for a 6 hour job. Only half the work I requested was done and even that was done wrong. When I complained that it wasn’t right, their answer was I could leave the car with them again. If they couldn’t do a 6 hour job in 6 days and not get it right, why should I have to do without another 6 days. The owners attitude was we got your money, now, we don’t care. My fender liner was Missing a clip, I had it taped. They did not put the tape back on it and it got hung under my tire as I was going down the road. Wouldn’t recommend this company to even change a tire
