The service provided was done with a high degree of knowledge and expertise and completed thoroughly and promptly. It is nice to find an electrician willing to do home repair and maintenance work which is their target market rather than find a lack of interest in doing "small" jobs that larger contractors are less willing to take on. Also prices were clearly stated and fair. Would highly recommend the services of D. Reed Electric.

We had a great experience with Dan. He installed recessed lighting in our new house and he was professional, neat and courteous, punctual to the minute and communicative. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything to you. We were so pleased with his work, we had him come back to replace all of our switches (including dimmers, smart switches/dimmers and complicated three and four ways) and outlets. We had almost 200 outlets and switches combined and he completed everything for us in a timely manner, even working 12 hour days to accomplish this. We have already referred him to others and will be bringing him back for some garage upgrades! 100% we would recommend Dan.

Reached out to D. Reed Electric to inquire on installing new recessed lighting in our 1930s-era home. Dan returned my voicemail within 15 minutes and explained his pricing upfront. He was able to do a preliminary walk-through the same day and was able to do full install 3 days later. Dan is very knowledgeable and I appreciate his willingness to explain the process in depth. I have enormous confidence in his abilities and the craftsmanship shows within our home. Dan will definitely be my go-to for any future work or electrical advice. Thanks again.

I had a small job that needed doing -- just switching out a light fixture and swapping a conventional switch to a dimmer. I found Dan Reed online and was immediately impressed by his website which was not only professional looking, but also included straightforward pricing for specific types of jobs. No surprises! I left my job parameters on his site and he called back quickly, sent an estimate which I signed online, and then called to schedule the job. He was on time, quick, knowledgeable and professional. Oh, and my dog loved him. Would call again for sure!

We tried to install our fan light and It didn’t work. We called Dan and he was so responsive! The fix was simple since it was a faulty light but we had no idea! Dan was professional and very helpful in replacing the correct light and letting us know going forward. The very best electrician to know!
