I was a man that was very desperate and scard because I drive to work to LOS ANGELS from PERRIS CALIFORNIA and back 5 days a week , and my transmission went out and needed it to be fix. I needed a place I could trust and not get beat out of my hard earned money. I found Dad's and went in to talk to them. out of 9 please I went to Dad's was a place I really felt good about the moment I step into there shop. The ladys there was very sympathetic and careing about my situation. They knew I was scard and fustread. I had a lot of questions and concerns and they listened to me and took time to answer all of my concerns. They explain things to me very well. They let me know of other things that was a concern about my car that they recommend should be fix, they was very honest about everything, They made me fill at ease. I decided to let them fix my car, and I must say I was definitely very satisfied with their work! Excellent!! Just Excellent!! Work!! Their place of business was burglarized on a Thursday night. My catalytic converter was stolen off my truck. They didn't hesitate to replace it and a sensor. My truck was done on Monday. We have two trucks maintained by Dad's. Very happy with the friendly people and quality of work performed. They said the total repairs would cost $3500+, however they said the repairs would cost more than the Honda was worth and didn’t recommend sinking money in it, which I thought was very ethical! Grandson is going to sell the vehicle for parts instead. Their place of business was burglarized on a Thursday night. My catalytic converter was stolen off my truck. My grandson had his 20 year old Honda towed here (recommended by AAA as a preferred mechanic). They said the total repairs would cost $3500+, however they said the repairs would cost more than the Honda was worth and didn’t recommend sinking money in it, which I thought was very ethical! Grandson is going to sell the vehicle for parts instead.

Rip off very expensive use them as a last resort they charged my mom over$1300 to change the ignition key about 2 years ago. The only reason we used them they were the only shop open that day be warned they charge you $200 just to check what's wrong with your car.A little factoid for the owner with his sarcastic remark we went to the dealer after the fact because at the time no other shop was open and he would have charged half of what dad's repair charged my mom that's a fact and besides I don't ride bikes. I prefer cars 🚗😏.

My vehicle did not pass smog they wanted like $800.00 in repairs. I took it around the corner and it pass without doing nothing to it I went back to let them now. They were very rude all I wanted to do is ask them if there Machanic was new or if their machine was not working right away they said I was not getting $ back and asked me to leave. My friends and family WERE using this business for years. DEFENITLY 💯DO NOT RECOMMEND.
