I had just pulled out of my driveway, on my way to work, when I noticed a problem with my car. I pulled over and noted the rear tire was completely flat. Within eye shot was Dadswell's. I slowly drove less than two blocks into their parking lot. Without hesitation, my car was on the lift and a drywall screw was retrieved from the tire before repair. I was only less than 30 minutes late for work! Every person at Dadswell's was courteous, professional and kind. What a nice way to start my day. Thanks again!

I cannot recommend this business enough. As I got in the car to drive 5 hours across NY headed home, my oil light came on. I knew it needed oil (which I had in my trunk), but I couldn’t get the hood open. I stopped at a local shop, no luck. They recommended that I go to the BMW dealership. The dealership was unhelpful and wouldn’t even attempt to get my hood open making many excuses. I headed down the road to Dadswells and asked if they could help me. Jim came out in a few minutes and after a bit of finagling, got my hood open! I put the oil in and I was all set. But Jim checked it over and noticed that it was my latches that were seized. He spent about 20 minutes oiling them up and returning them to functional so that my hood now opens and closes like a dream! Not only did he take the extra time to do that, but they didn’t charge me! Incredibly kind people who went above and beyond.
