I just moved to the area, and I called here to check on availability for an oil change. They got me in very quickly. I was greeted by Ashley, who i found out is the new owners wife. She got me taken care very quickly and had a nice conversation with her while i waited. Very fast service from Tom (new owner) as well as quality. Awesome pricing compared to other places i have been. Definitely will be bringing my future business here for a long time, i am so happy i came here!!

I cannot say enough about Dale's Auto! They are the only ones we use. Their workmanship, timeliness, and communication is excellent. They fix everything that needs to be fixed with precision and charge incredibly affordable rates. They make you aware of other items that may need attention in the future but do not upsell you on repairs that can wait until a later date. Dale's is the best. Moved to Big Lake from St. Michael and still go back there for service. Neil is great and explains things so you can understand. Very nice as well.

Such a great shop, always friendly and courteous. We use Dale's for major automotive repair, and routine oil changes. I love that we can call and speak to Neil, and he knows us by name. Such a friendly guy, always a great conversation when we have an appointment.
