Dana went way above and beyond when others wouldn’t. I was returning to Atlanta but my car broke down 2 days before Thanksgiving outside of Tuscaloosa. I had called another Volvo place that was closer but was told that there was no way they could even look at it before the next Monday. Called Dana and he was able to start the repairs that evening and finished the next day. He was easy to reach, clear in his descriptions, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. If I am ever in the area and need his help in the future, I would not hesitate to call him again - he turned a terribly timed break down into a great experience.

Destroys cars. Literally. Ours no longer run at all and they have major body damage. No liability or responsibility for damages. Positive reviews all written by friends. Caveat emptor.

Left my c320 at his shop for him to fix . It sat there 2 months till i sent somebody to get it because he couldn't fix it. When i saw the car the back window is cracked and nav stereo is gone. He didn't report it to police about getting broke into or tell me . He won't answer the phone. So when i get back to town im going to file a police report and sue him for damages and my time ..
