I wanted an estimate for repairs to my car. The total amount was a bit much for me to take at this point as I am not made of money. Their rep (I think his name was Jason) strong armed me and used high pressure sales tactics to justify the cost. I'm not bent about that, that's what garages do. However, before I was going to surrender a significant chunk of my savings I needed to do my due diligence as a consumer and weigh all my options. After doing that, I felt that while I was going to put myself under tremendous financial pressure to get my car fixed, I felt I could navigate the rough waters. So I contacted Jason as I felt their shop was the best option in Fallon. I gave him the green light, and told him I wanted to schedule an appointment. He told me he was busy and would call me back. That call never came (2nd time I had issues getting a call back from that shop). So either this shop hates money, or they hate working on cars. They wanted to throw their weight around and talk a big game when I was in their office, nowhere to be heard from once I actually offered them the work! I guess they must have a million customers here in Fallon, because they dont seem to want my money. And at this point it's too late, if I'm going to have to shell out big bucks to get my car fixed, I'll take it to a shop that actually returns phone calls and wants to make money.

Service was good and prices were fair. I and the kids went in for an oil change and were surprised at the end of our service to find gifts in our car. Dave's had left us fortune cookie boxes that had fortune cookies and discounts we could use on our next visit. Our experience was enjoyable and we will be returning.

Sometimes it is difficult to find a good mechanic to work on your car or truck.Someone who has the knowledge and ability to do the work correctly.Someone that will do it for a fair price,and treat you with respect and courtesy. Dave's Automotive Group is all this! After finding Dave's,I would not consider going anywhere else.Give them a try,I think you will agree, they are the best!!

I have used Dave's for several years and am quite satisfied with their automotive service, customer service and quality of work. I appreciate the pick up and drop off service which is included. I have recommended them to friends who are also happy with their service.

hi, i just bring my car there for a diagnosis, after one hour and half i went back to take it. the motor it works worse then before with new noises coming from all over. I also ask them if they open the motor or something the said no we just use the usb , first you ask me 120 dollar just for the usb ? Second they sad first 600 dollar when i sad i was not expeting so much they sad 450 dollar, what means ? the car is working really wors then before, and for this i even paied !!!! THANKS DAVE !!!
