I have used Day's for years and have highly recommended them to many of my friends. Recently they were "supposed" to put in new spark plugs and an oil change. The truck ran worse than ever and has leaked oil everywhere. We found a different mechanic and found out many interesting things. The spark plugs Day's installed were not gapped properly and were the cheapest plug out there. That oil change and new plugs cost us $245. I wonder, did they really use high mileage oil or just some cheap stuff? The truck was previously in for a growl that we could not figure out and was told they could not replicate the sound. This cost us $100. Funny thing, the differential seal was leaking. Was it too much work to look underneath? When we purchased the truck, we took it in for a buyer check. Key was set on the counter, employee walked away with nothing said. Didn't mind collecting the $50 for that. They must not have looked at a thing as the air bag suspension bracket was hanging lose, broken. Do your research for a reputable shop. So glad we finally did.
