Amazing!! Without hesitation I was invited to come right in. I was recommended this auto shop by a friend who raved about how good their services are, and they were right! I needed a small repair fixed, and they were quick! The woman who runs the front desk is very kind. I definitely recommend.

I am new to Decatur and was hopeful about this shop because of all the positive revues about Ms. Vi and their work. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but positive. It took a week to get my car back and communication was difficult. Ms. Vi told me 4 different times that she would call me "right back" but never followed through. I would have to call to get any information and most of the time Ms. Vi was out of the shop and rushing me off the phone. She also kept mixing up my car with another one that was the same make and model but a newer year. I had to correct her about which car each time we spoke. They finally diagnosed the issue as a wire that needed to be replaced. I had my car for one day when it quit running again. Ms. Vi said she would cover the tow back to the shop but went back on that promise because she said it wasn't the same issue as the first time I took it in. This time they replaced the starter (which they did not bother to check the first time they had my car.) I got me car.home and opened the back door and the engine cover is sitting in my back seat so I paid $400 dollars for an incomplete job. I have been without my car for almost two weeks because of the lack of communication and insufficient repairs. I highly do not recommend this place. Edited: to add that Ms. Vi said she will reimburse me $100 for the work that wasn't finished.
