This Dee character first off is an EMPLOYEE and this review is in regards to him only. Extremely disappointed!! I advised this man of the situation with the car, supposedly it was fixed. $350 later, drove it, the exact same thing is wrong with it. I take it back and this man had the nerve to tell me that another part is needed, ironically he mentioned that part when I picked up the car. Dee then told me I wouldn’t understand because I don’t fix cars. Deep down inside I feel like this was a finesse, just by he move he’s suspect. NATE and BLAKE don’t let your employee tarnish your business.

I need a mechanic to put in a new starter and properly connect my battery. This repair shop was a great places to get my car back running. They offered mobile assistance and was able to change my starter right at my location. The guy was very nice and helpful! Everything was placed nicely and I would definitely consider him for any future car repairs.

My sister had her car towed to this facility for a diagnostic test and it was discovered that she needed a a fuel injector replaced in a 2015 Kia Forte. The mechanic Nate quoted her a price of $800 which was absolutely ridiculous especially when he lied and told her that the part alone was $500. I researched the part from several parts stores and it was $70-$145. This type of predatory behavior is beyond unacceptable, it screams “I like to take advantage of women”. What he didn’t know is her big sister is very knowledgeable about cars and will never allow someone to just tell her anything just so they can make a quick buck.

@michelle montgomery, sorry for the confusion. But you don’t have your facts straight. I remember the vehicle in question. And I did diagnose the vehicle for free. (Speaking on your predatory comment) also the vehicle needs a direct injection fuel pump. Not a fuel injector. I get commercial discounts with parts stores and I pass this savings on to all my customers. The part is $640.99 walk in your cost via Orielly . My cost it was $500.00. I only charged $300 to install the direct injection pump. Thank you for your comment but please fact check correctly before bringing negative comments. Enjoy your holidays

I work overnight's. It cost me about $15 for Dee to work with me on my schedule. That's a bargain to me.
