A real business with the owners working behind the front counter to make sure the customer is taken care of this is how you know the business is run the right way. I was a walk-in and my car was diagnosed and repaired the same day! Great communication, fast service, very thorough, specializing in foreign cars. I am glad to finally have found a shop in Hatboro I can take all my vehicles to and know they will be done the right way.

After having several quality issues with my last auto tech, I was looking for a new one to take care of my car. It was time for my annual inspection, so I started my research and found Dempster's. The reason I chose them over the others is because they respond to all their reviews, good or bad. Anyone that owns a business will get both positive and negative reviews and comments, but the fact that Dempster's takes the time to respond to them shows a commitment to the customer. My inspection required a few things to be fixed, but they were completed quickly and I was back on the road the same day. Mr. Dempster and Cameron were both very friendly and professional, and answered all my questions clearly. My first visit made it clear that Dempster's takes customer service very seriously, and I get the impression that if anything ever does go wrong, they would do what they need to do in order to make it right. Hopefully that won't need to be tested! My first impression was nothing but positive, right down to the very comfortable waiting area, and I believe that I will be coming back for all my automotive needs! 03/25 UPDATE I had to come back and edit this because not long after my service appointment, I had a critical failure of a brake caliper bracket. It took some efforts, but I convinced the car to limp back to Dempster's. At the time I didn't know what happened, and the shop was closed. I left my keys in the drop and long story short the next morning they called me, told me what it was, and that because they didn't know if something from my prior visit was the cause, they were not going to charge me to replace it. Truly amazing customer service! 11/10!

Scheduling an appointment online was extremely convenient and the times I requested were quickly accommodated for. Dan and his team are very friendly, knowledge, and will not steer you wrong! After my car was worked on, I received a full report and text message that my car was ready to go. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using Dempster's in the future!

Our longtime mechanic retired, leaving me in search for another. Tried a few but they tried to upsell me on things I didn’t need. Dempster’s is right down the street so we scheduled an appointment online, which was easy. I called with a question about night drop off and Cameron called back promptly explaining the procedure. Appointment went without any surprises, no up selling ! Cameron even called after with suggestions on dealing with the battery in the cold weather, as he heard my son struggling to start it when he picked up. We will certainly be back !!
