He responded quick and gave realistic information about when he could get to me, and the services offered. He arrived on time, diagnosed in 5 minutes and completed repair quickly. He is easy to talk to and capable of explaining mechanical intricacies in language that a nonmechanic can understand. Some mechanics talk down to you or flex their technical knowledge in a way that is completely unhelpful; not James. His experience and his meticulous, detail-obsessed approach set him apart from the other mechanics I've gone to. And his rates are very fair, especially considering the quality of the work.
