I am writing this review on behalf of a close relative. The experience with Denver Quality Automotive was very unsatisfactory. Customer service was poor and they were dishonest about the work that was needed. They are overpriced. I paid them a great deal of money and they did not fix the problem. Bad place to take your vehicle. Mechanics are not as qualified as they claim to be. Check around and do your research.. I ended up taking my vehicle to Maximum Automotive. They did an excellent job and were very honest. My vehicle is now running great!

I am so thankful for the team over at Quality Auto!! John was an amazing help in making sure I knew what exactly was needed in repairs, ensured I was able to get my two front wheel bearings done within my budget and even kept to his quote when the issue turned out to be one of my rear wheel bearings, repairing that one at no extra cost. I got my car back the next evening and left the parking lot smiling!! Thank you guys so so much!

Denver's Quality is who my company uses for all of our vehicle maintenance, and I wouldn't want to use anyone else! We absolutely love everything they do for us, and the quality of work is always amazing. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a loyal and long term maintenance shop. Tom and Jon are the best to work with!
