Would not return multiple calls about a car listed for sale. When I finally get ahold of Shane we make an appointment for a showing at 5 with no mention of a deposit needed to hold and he sales it before I get there after I left work early to make it in time. Don't waste your time buying here.

Had my alternator start to fail on a Thursday afternoon, about 4:30pm, while staying down in the lake area from out of town. dash lights came on, and voltage dropped, all of a sudden. Dependable auto was the closest, and first shop that came up when frantically searching. They initially stated they wouldn't be able to get me in until the following Tuesday. After pleading my case, a tech volunteered to take a look and take on the repair for his workload the next day. We pulled into the shop, he concluded the same that I had, my alternator was on the way out. He made some calls, and confirmed they would be able to get the part the following morning, and they had it repaired for me by the following afternoon. Great service, excellent work, and lived up to their name. The price was a bit higher than I'd wanted to pay....but it was fair, and they did not take advantage of my situation to overcharge me, which I appreciated greatly. I was also able to enjoy the rest of my weekend, instead of wrenching in a parts store parking lot (after purchasing the needed tools I didn't have). They also did a multi-point inspection, which included pics, which was kinda neat.

Able to get appointment in a very timely manner. Staff was courteous and friendly. Impressed that mechanics came out to waiting area to explain repairs or findings. My issue was addressed and I was out of there in 40”. Charges seemed appropriate.
