From all my years of being in and out of auto shops, Desert Care Care was the best, hands down. I was on a road trip thousands of miles from home, and with one call to Desert Care care, I was dropping off my truck the same night I called. Susie was the most communicative, and helpful! Besides the amazing costumer service, I was provided a rental car at a very good rate. If I lived in Chandler, they would most certainly be my go to shop.

I was blown away at the level of customer service!! Friendly, courteous, excited to assist, professional and client focused is the DNA of Frank and his entire staff!!! I drove across country and needed an oil change prior to driving back. The team at Desert Car Care got me in with out issue and completed the work in under an hour. Thanks so much for making life easy after a 2640 mile drive!!!

Took vehicle in due to a knocking sound in front suspension and expected to have my secondary (used vehicle) warranty cover it. After inspection was contacted and informed the issue is likely something still covered under the OEM warranty with Subaru and to take it to them so there would be no out of pocket expense to myself. It was a more than pleasant experience with everyone I spoke with and will very likely use this shop in the future for any maintenance needs just because of the responsiveness and customer service.

My 1st time visit here and I was blown away by the top notch customer service. Susie is super friendly and treated me very well. They even sent me an Uber to pick me up from home to the Shop. Rick the mechanic fixed my suspension clanking sound. He check and explain to me all the possible cause. Now my SUV drives tight and nice again. There's no pressure or upfront selling tactics.

This was my first time visiting Desert Car Care. I chose them because they had such good ratings everywhere I looked. I wasn't disappointed. They took very good care of me and my truck and I'll definitely be using them again for my future repair needs. Super friendly people and top-notch service from start to finish.
