Worse mechanic I have ever used. Big mistake. By the end of the job I had to have a shop redo everything they did. It was a major safety issue with front end work that was done. I could have sued but I didn’t want to be bothered. And I was told the work they said they did was not even done. On top of that the job should have been half of what I was charged. It was way overpriced and thousands more than it should have been. The top mechanic that did the job was not qualified at all. But once they have your vehicle you have to pay or go to court to get it back. Good luck if you go with these amateurs. Not professional at all and charge more than a dealership

Yeah stay away, this garage used to be awesome. I dont know what happened to their standard. I called first thing in the morning to schedule two oil changes/tire rotations. I used to be a tire technician when I was a teen. I know how long it should take. 30 minutes. The plan was to knock one vehicle out, then I'll come back with my other vehicle, to get done. I walk into the office around 9am and there was one or two people waiting for their service, I check in and went home waiting for them to call me back. 12:45pm rolls around so i call them, it almost sounded like they forgot about me. I was advised everyone was out to lunch and they will start my vehicle as soon as they come back. 2:00pm rolls around and I show up. My vehicle still hasnt been done. The desk said oh they got busy, but they can do it next. I laughed and said give me my keys, I'll go somewhere else. I would have been fired if i was making oil changes wait 5 hours. Employees were hanging out in the small office, there was one guy sitting in the lobby waiting for their service. I have no idea how they were planning on doing my second vehicle. Looks like I'll be looking to get my maintenance and truck work done somewhere else that values their customers. If they couldn't complete the simple job today, all they had to do was spare me and tell me they couldn't do it.

As a previous customer I arrived at Diamond Tire & Auto with 2 low beam head lights (which I had just purchased) and asked if they would install them which took approximately 20 minutes. When I went to pay for the service I was charged $132.00!!!!! That's right $132.00!!! Wasn't told the price up front as most places of business would do. When I questioned the bill I was told that "the manual say's it is a 1 hour job to replace headlights and we charge accordingly." I don't mind paying for work performed but that charge is outrageous .Not happy at all and will NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND this business to anyone going forward.

Jamie did a very nice job assisting us with an old 1985 Camry. It needed brake lines and a brake master cylinder. Jamie communicated everything well and assisted us with the price of the total repair. We thank you very much.
