The best experience ever! Everyone at DiBacco’s is friendly and responsive. Their pricing is competitive, they do what is needed and nothing more. They stand by their work. But more importantly they know what they are doing. So if you want honest, friendly, timely, expert car repair, go to DiBacco’s!

I called 2 days prior and they had an appointment. The woman on the phone was very professional and nice. I arrived a few minutes early. The same woman recommended a coffee shop next door to wait while my oil change was taking place. My tire pressure light was also on and that was taken care if as well. The man when I picked up my car was also very professional and nice. I will definitely go back for service!

DiBacco’s was an absolute life-saver for me, and so kind! A while ago I had a 2-hour drive to a memorial service and woke up with a completely flat tire. It was a Saturday and they were almost closed but they let me come in and gave me the last-minute patch job I needed to get on the road. I ended up only 20 min late for the memorial instead of missing it completely. I will always be grateful to the kind folks at DiBacco’s and will definitely bring them my business again. Great experience.

I've been going here for years to get gas and never had a bad experience until today. Today I had my first service appointment with them for two snow tires, that I brought in, to be put on rims and put on my front end and the tires on the front end to be put on the back end. They charged me $240 for this service which I've never paid more than $50 before at other places. They attempted to tell me that each tire cost $60 to put on which was not disclosed before hand. I ended up having to have my father call and pay over the phone as I was not expecting such a large charge. After I left, the same woman called me to tell the that they messed up and charged me double and they had to refund my father half. Since I don't have my father's card, they had to Venmo me the money for me to send it back to him. The part that gets me the most is that when I asked if they were sure of the price, the person who was assisting me didn't ask for help and the mechanic that had entered the room confirmed the $240 price. If you don't know you should ask and you should always disclose price estimates ahead of time. I will NEVER be going there again, and will telling my co-workers around the corner of my experience so they can make educated decisions about the local businesses they're going to. Edit to add: About an hour and a half after I originally posted this, I received a call from one of the owners. She stated that they (the owners) have been out due to an illness and that the person who was at the counter today was doing the best she could. While I have no doubt about that, she still should have asked for assistance to rectify the situation. The owner and I went back and forth, and while I do believe she had good intent, she seemed extremely persistent about needing to be in the right and justifying their prices. If a job is "inconvenient" for you, you should just not provide that service instead of price gouging.
