I had a misfire in my Jeep I just could not figure out don took it in and worked on it fixed the PCM I got it back and it started having a problem again I called don who took it right back and worked on it right away to figure out the problem and fix it, he called me just about everyday to update me on what he did what worked what didn’t. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get their fixed. Often times being a woman I feel nervous bringing my car to any shop that they will attempt to up-charge me and not take me seriously I didn’t feel that way here at all.

I brought my Camaro to them because of a shaking happening during any kind of braking above 30 mph and where I wasn't confident in other shop recommendations (I've already replaced all rotors and pads previously), they found out the actual issue that a few shops before had missed and got it squared away as soon as they possibly could. The entire staff was very welcoming and the owner was just as welcoming as well. I will definitely be taking all of my cars here in the future, be it general maintenance, in depth diag, all out repairs or track prep. Couldn't be happier with the experience I had! They also used a text/web based app that shows everything they went over with my car (was a full diag/inspection) where I could see pictures and notes of everything they found with my car and it surprised me a ton. It definitely opens up a barrier of communication for those who don't wait for the car or drop it off for extended time. The fact that I saw what was wrong with my car, as well as other potential things to keep an eye out for the future while I was sitting on my couch at home is not something to toss aside. 10/10, do recommend

the entire time i was in there everyone just seemed like they hated interacting with each other and the customers. a lady came in and was completely polite and nice just wanting to figure out what was going on with her car and she was immediately met with passive aggressive remarks from the men at the counter. when someone from my group went to talk with the owner they were very dismissive to us and our situation. wouldn’t ever consider coming here again.

This was a very negative atmosphere to be in. The moment i walked in i was hit with a wave of negative tension. All the employees were miserable and snapping at each other in front of customers. Not to mention they were unnecessarily passive aggressive to customers too, especially the owner. They like to pretend like they’re helping you but in reality they’re really not. I will not be returning due to employees being rude and unprofessional to and in front of customers.

These guys are fantastic! Not only do you get friendly and honest service, but they do a great job as well. I honestly feel like they care about me and my vehicles. Highly recommend, a great place with honest feedback about the state of your vehicle.
