I own a local business in the area and it's so nice to see that other places still believe in the same old school practices of taking care of their neighbors! I had a nail in my tire, and they had me in and out in 10 minutes and did not even charge me. I will be bringing all my business here in the future. I am just mad I didn't know about them sooner! Kevin Wells1 StarDo NOT use this place for anything. They will rob you blind. I almost left my truck with them until I found out they were going to charge me $125 to replace a standard valve stem!!! I did not even think it was necessary to ask how much it was going to cost to thinking it would be $20-$30 at the absolute most. I NEVER would have expected anyone to try and take advantage of someone and overcharge by this much for such a simple service. I literally went a few miles down the road to Sevierville Tire and Automotive and they had me up and running in no time for about $15. Do yourself a favor and avoid Done Right Automotive all together. You have plenty of other reputable tire shops nearby that will provide quality work at a much more reasonable price.Saturday 27th November 2021
Angelique Victor1 StarWhat a TERRIBLE ending to a GREAT vacation! We needed a radiator hose replaced so our vehicle wouldnt run hot on our 4 hour drive home. It was Sunday so we were worried we couldn't get it replaced. Then we called DONE RIGHT AUTO. The worst mistake of our Gatlinburg, TN experience. Yes, he did replace the hose but he over charged us. We had to pay $568 not to mention we had our own hose! Just totally took advantage of a couple needing to get back home! He DON'T take credit cards, just cash!
But it get worse. Paid the ridulous price... Went up the road about a mile another problem. We go back....they claimed they didnt do it. But knew where we could get the part with another $500
They ripped us off... They will do it to you too!Monday 21st March 2022
