Corry and Jay and the crew are amazing! We broke down on the way through Grand Junction. They went above and beyond in their service to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. Fantastic service, and awesome people to treat us the way they did considering we are a one time customer. I wish they were located in Michigan, I would use them for all my vehicle service! I found this shop on Google and decided to give them an opportunity to fix my Tacoma. They sent me a quote to which I agreed to, and somehow quoted for 1 rotor rather than the required 2. I contacted them to pick up the vehicle, as I had prepaid, and they told me they had made a mistake. While it ended up costing a little bit more than the agreed upon price, I would have had to pay quite a lot more to get that second rotor done, and they gave me the rotor (possibly) at cost. It was a small mistake, they owned up to it and gave me a the benefit of it. I don't expect this type of thing to happen often, so don't bank on getting parts at cost. But in my experience, what you can bank on is getting your vehicle fixed correctly while paying a fair price and working with kind and competent people. I would recommend this company and will bring my vehicle back as needed.

I had an issue with my travel trailer during our vacation to Moab. This business was incredibly accommodating and helped us get back on the road in a few hours rather than having some burnt bearings cause our vacation to become impossible. They did the job quickly and right for a good price and even gave our dogs some water to drink while we waited! Highly Recommended!

Usually, I am not one to post reviews but the customer service I received from Done Right Repair LLC. Was over and above what one could expect! I was relocating to Las Vegas, Nevada which is a stressful situation to begin with when my car broke down in Grand Junction, Colorado. I pulled into an Auto Zone and was told it could possibly be the turbo-charger. Auto Zone referred a mechanic and when I pulled in, they were in the process of closing their shop. Out of courtesy they reopened the shop reviewed the report and said they would order parts first thing in the morning after determining what was needed. The next morning it was determined that it was just a loose hose that had become disconnected from the turbo-charger. The mechanic at Done Right Repair could have told me anything and I would have paid for anything as I was anxious to get on the road. I was amazed at the honesty, integrity and courtesy extended to me by the owner of Done Right Repair. I still have family in Colorado so will be making the same trip often and will do business with them. They are an honest company and I would recommend them to anyone!

Traveling through Grand Junction back to the East coast from Utah, we stopped in town for gas and food. Having an issue with our electric trailer brakes, we had been stopping at local repair shops on our way to see if we could get a quick repair or at the very least an assurance that the issue would not get worse before we could make it home. Responses ranged from"if you leave it with us we can take a look", or they could schedule us for" 3 days from now...." We pulled in to Done Right and told the ladies in the front office what was at issue. They sent a mechanic out who quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in all of 15 minutes right in the parking lot! It may not always be the case that they can respond so quickly, but five other shops we tried couldn't be bothered to even see if there was a safety issue. Everyone at Done Right Repair was so nice and courteous. It was evident that this is a family business and they treat their customers like one family as well. Highly recommended.
