I had a fabulous experience with Donovan Air, Electric & Plumbing. Sadly, I needed a new AC. Steve was fantastic going over the options and what would be best for my space, while being considerate of budget concerns. I then had the pleasure of having Zach and Nate install the new AC system. Both were very professional and demonstrated their knowledge by being very thorough with the installation. Zach also took the time to go over the new unit and encouraged me to ask any questions I may have. He provided answers to all of my questions. All three even put up with my little dog, who likes to bark at strangers. I think my wife and I were more annoyed with the barking than they were. Anyway, I have nothing but good things to say about Donovan Air, Electric & Plumbing. All three employees were great, price was good, and installation was done in a very timely manner. Thank you, Steve, Zach, and Nate! You represent your company with quality and professionalism, I greatly appreciate that.

Service Technician Alex was outstanding! He really knew all about our Carrier Infinity System. After inspection provided a detailed electronic report of our system, delivered our new filters, performed maintenance service and we went with his recommendations. We love Donovan.

Jeffrey and his helper from Donovan did a fantastic and professional job with the electrical repairs we needed in our home. It was a pleasure to work with him and this company. The price was reasonable and fair and they were trustworthy in terms of responses and timeliness. We are pleased to have an electrician we can trust as it has been a struggle for us to find a reliable, affordable, and available electrician. I'm glad the struggle is behind us. William, Nicholas and the entire team were outstanding. They showed up on time, explained what they were going to do, asked whether we had any specific requirements, got to work, finished everything smoothly, gave us a brief overview of the installed system, helped to set up the new smart thermostats AND were incredibly helpful with moving our belongings out of the way and back into their place. You can’t ask for more. Donovan has lived up to and exceeded expectations once again. It is because of jobs like today and the amazing service throughout the year that we have the AC units in multiple properties under Donovan’s care.
