Allen is great, has a great team of mechanics. Had our fuel pump and filter in fast and got us back on the road and priced very fair. Allen was the only mechanic out of over a dozen, who tried helping me get my van running over the phone. I fully recommend Double Js if you are in need of work around the Carson Valley!

I needed to have my passenger side mirror replaced, they got me in the next day. I was expecting to pay a good amount to have it done but to my surprise they didn't charge me anything since it was done in about 10 minutes, if that! What an awesome company!! If I ever have any problem with my car I will most definitely give them my business. They're the kind of people that make this work a better place. Thank you.

2nd time towing my car in for repairs. Both times coming from another shop or mobile repair service that FAILED me. Allen always able to clean up the mess and make sure my car is good to go. Even honest enough to tell me when another shop was wrong and instead of replacing an alternator we just reconnected a loose wire. and replace a connecter, the alternator was working just fine, Allen could have change the alternator and fixed the wires and charged me but no he did the right thing and told me the truth, saving several hundred dollars in parts and labor and ensuring I bring my car to him when I can, towing all the way from Reno just to have Allen and his team work on my car. Speed. OMG when other shops are telling me days to just look at my car Aleen has my car fixed before another shop could push it into theirs. Labor Cost $125 an hour really fare and you can trust him, he is NOT looking for a one time customer to make his retirement on. Long term clients, ones that trust him.
