Had a rough morning with my vehicle. Alternator went bad on me. I called around and most places said they couldn’t get me in or look at my vehicle until about 2 weeks. Doug got me right in even though they were busy. Doug even gave me a free ride back home saying don’t worry about calling a taxi. Jeff was an outstanding Technician who walked me through everything. All I can say is I’m highly impressed with their customer service, skills, and efficiency. I am new to the area of Bethalto and I found my Auto Repair shop. Good people. Friendly environment. Great work.

Edit: Look, I'm a skeptical guy. I've been burnt by some bad mechanics in the past. It's 8-months after Doug and his crew fixed my car and it still runs perfect. I had my good friend take his car to get repaired and it's still running good. Today, I took my fiance's car to get the freon recharged and they had us in and out in 30-minutes. If you're looking for quality work at a reasonable price, Doug's is the way to go.
