The delivery crew showed up at the exact appointment time and was very considerate of our home; using tools and a pace of work to not damage anything. They replaced all of the broken appliances in the home we purchased, including removal of all the old appliances, delivery and installation of the new GE appliances, and showed us both how to operate them all. They gave us tips on how to maintain them and ensured everything was level and working properly before they left. The salesperson I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and nice. Beth found us the best options and prices. She was able to get our new appliances (Washer/Dryer, Range, and Refrigerator) out to us in 4 days and we couldn't be happier. Alysha Zuern1 StarI bought a GE stove from Drees in August of 2020. In September of 2021 I noticed the glass cooktop had cracked along the back burners. I went back to the store and explained what happened and provided photos of the damage. I was given an email to contact and told someone would be reaching out to me. It is now January 2022 and I am still waiting for a response from Drees. This stove was $800 and to get the glass replaced on my own it would cost more than what I paid for the entire unit. If I'd have known Drees does not hold up on their warranty plan, I'd have bought a stove somewhere else.Monday 24th January 2022
