Camila Alvarez1 StarThey charged me $500+ to fix and oil liking problem that they didn’t even fix right. They changed the power steering pump and other seals in the engine. Still leaking. Had to take it to another mechanic when I was tired of taking my car to them to only see the problems worsen. Mechanic told me that they did a poor job and that’s why the oil was still leaking. Car was finally fixed when my new mechanic looked at it. 7 months go by and car is leaking again, so I take it I the mechanic and there are still seals that need to be changed, that’s ok because my car is a 2007. But there’s a little surprise, power steering pump needs to be replaced too. But why? Turns out that this below standards place replaced the pump with an already used one, THAT WAS REBUILD, so no wonder why 7 months go by and it’s leaking again and they still charged full price for it. They also changed the starting ignition, didn’t do it right and my car wouldn’t turn on, they “fix” it again and it worked. Moral of the story: DO NOT GO TO THEM. YOU WILL PAY WAYYY OVER PRICED AND THEY ARE NOT EVEN GONNA FIX YOUR CAR RIGHT, OR EVEN PUT GOOD PARTS IN IT. I am sure I am not the only one that had this horrible experience, but they saw an opportunity and took advantage of me. Don’t be the next!Thursday 14th May 2020
