TLDR: they completely ripped me off and referred me to Docs mufflers to get further ripped off. A second opinion saved me. I Picked this place cuz they were highly rated as honest and fast, and they are nearby by home. My car had a check engine light on for a coil misfire for the second time in less than a year and I was concerned there was a bigger problem. Steve "diagnosed" my issue as a plugged exhaust and told me I may need to have my catalytic converter replaced. He referred me to a Muffler shop, specifically Docs mufflers, to get it done "cheaper than he could do it" and charged me $175 for the list of diagnostic steps he took. The next day Docs had a busy signal so I called around and ended up taking it to the muffler Mart. Less than an hour later the muffler Mart calls me to tell me that I absolutely do not have any sort of plugged exhaust or any problem with my catalytic converter and there isn't any sign that the mechanic who diagnosed it actually tested it in any way. The muffler Mart replaced my number 3 ignition coil for $225 and my car is perfectly fine now. My question is why didn't Steve fix my ignition coil and charge me for that instead of charging me just as much for a false diagnosis? Don't waste your money folks, they aren't honest or fast or cheap like the reviews show.

Very friendly and honest people. Went to have my radiator checked. Diagnosed clutch issue after doing a detail check and then referred me ta a clutch specialist. Best part no charge. Definitely will see them again if I have car problems.

I’ve been looking for a shop that knows Jeeps and I have found one. Honest and knowledgeable is the best way to describe them. I recently brought my 2006 Wrangler in for routine front and rear differential service, drive shaft lube and front-end inspection. When I picked it up they went over the work performed and let me know that part of what I asked for was not required and was not performed. Who does that these days! Dusty and Steve’s will be my first choice for automotive repair going forward no matter what I drive.

Absolutely amazing service. Dropped if my truck and less than 24 hours later it was fixed. No upselling, just good honest service at a fraction of the price other shops were going to charge.

I paid more then I wanted, but it's worth it because it was same-day pick up after I dropped my car off. Dusty and Steve were super nice and they fixed my car in 4 hours. Super fast! This was the first time I went to an automobile shop where I was able to drop off and pick up my car in the same day. All other places take anywhere from 2 to 3 days. I highly recommend this place I have heard nothing but good stuff about it and had a good experience of my own. Thanks guys I will be back in the future and will refer this place to everybody I know
