This business is now at Catalpa and Coolidge attached to the BP. I took my car here on a Saturday evening because several lights were coming on and the starter was not working properly. I explained this to the manager stating explicitly which lights had come on and when (the tire pressure light and the traction control light). He says he will take care of it. I call the next day to find out what’s wrong and the shop is CLOSED, which was not mentioned at any point. I call the next morning, and he says the battery needs to be replaced. $140. Seems expensive, but whatever. I’m on my way there and he calls to tell me that it was actually a faulty brake switch that has caused my battery to die so that has to be replaced as well. I wait another day. In the meantime, I talk to my normal mechanic who says that he looked up the part and it’s about $20. He said it shouldn’t be more than $100 altogether to fix. I go pick it up the next day and surprise, it’s $175. I tell him what my mechanic says and he said, “Yea, it’s only $20, but the rest of that is labor.” I asked him to show me where the labor was itemized on the receipt and he says, “Man, I’ll take care of you.” And takes $50 off. Nice guy, right? So then I get in my car and drive away and discover that the two lights that were on when I brought it in are still on...I take it back. He puts air in the tires. Each tire needed 10 PSI added. Why the tires were not checked as part of the TIRE PRESSURE light being on is totally beyond me. He tells me to drive it for a while and the lights will go off. So I do, and the lights stay on. I go back and the shop is now closed. So I take the car to my regular mechanic who finds that the brake brake switch that I paid $125 for (originally $175) has not even been hooked up and I was driving around with no brake lights at all. He also finds out that I am missing multiple lug nuts from my tires- What kind of mechanic let’s you leave with not only an unsafe car, but one in way worse shape than when I brought it in? When I called him back, he said I didn’t tell him anything was wrong with the tires (I told him about the tire pressure light repeatedly) and he wouldn’t have checked that. He will not refund the service charges for the work that had to be by another mechanic. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Your safety is not a priority. Your car is not a priority.

1. They're located at the BP station at Coolidge and Catalpa now. 2. My car's front left decided it didn't want to be attached to the engine and chassis anymore. Even well after normal business hours, I was able to get consistent directions on where the tow truck should leave the car for next day inspection. 3. He was able to get parts *and* do the repair in one day at an honest price. 4. He came back *after hours* to pay and let me pick it up. All of this added up? If I get an issue in the future and they can fix it here - I'll be back, for sure.

Just like any shop, they will up-sale you. Make sure you receive the old parts they replaced (to insure they fixed/replaced). Overall, decent shop with good/decent prices. They did go out of their way to help me, just keep an eye out!
