Professionalism, cleanliness, and responsive is how I like to describe my experience. Whenever a response was needed the owner was right there to provide answers to any questions I had. I had a few outlets and switches moved after my countertop was installed and they took the time to make sure they did not scratch or damage anything and when they were done I couldn't even tell they had worked there.
