The pros: they’re able to solve strange car issues on my impala and prevent them from happening again. They were also able to save me a grand for not taking apart and re-sealing an engine block. So far, the car hasn’t needed more repair from when it was worked on there last, and I’m grateful for it. They also send emails and texts to let you know when the car is ready, or they’ve finished diagnosing them. They also have a warranty on all their service if any parts fail. The cons: while their service advertises that any issues addressed come with pictures of the part before and after, I have yet to see them. Looking at the link I get sent does not seem to show pictures specifically. Occasionally the times to repair the car takes longer than quoted, BUT people are human and sometimes things take longer than expected. I’m fortunate enough to have plans for transport while my car’s being repaired, but be aware this is a thing that can happen. Variance is usually around 24 hours, so it isn’t an issue of weeks. Also, they charged me 200 bucks in labor for filling my leaky power steering pump/reservoir. Which, admittedly did need power steering fluid to get into the shop, but come on. Even good power steering fluid is 30 bucks at most. All in all, they’re a mechanic shop. Not a frustrating place, they explain problems well enough, and they gotta get paid somehow. And they were close to my work, so I could walk over while they were doing service.

Great shop, love the way you get to see all the prices for each repair and reason why with photos for proof. Also very honest took my truck in for new breaks and they came back after I approved work for all 4 and told me I only need rear. Would recommend to anyone

The staff here are incredible. Even when I couldn't figure out how to open my Jeep hood (I even looked it up online and who knew there would be a covered key hole in the grill!), and even when something that hadn't been working began working when they tried to diagnose it, they contininued to treat me with the utmost professionalism. They were prompt in contacting me with updates throughout an intermittent engine light diagnostic process. When I didn't understand something, they talked me through everything until it was clear to me. I dealt most with Eric and Dave, and they are the best! I will assuredly keep bringing my vehicles here for future repairs.
