I never feel like I am being cheated when I go here for service. They are fair on price with no hidden fees or surprises along the way. I have been using East Coast Automotive Service for about 4 years now. I have used them for oil changes and minor maintenance issues and have always been satisfied with their work. Recently I had to replace a radiator. I have to say that I was again very happy with the analysis and work done to get my car ready for my trip back home up north. Not only have I always been happy with the work they have done on my car, but they always upfront, honest, and very kind as well. They have always done their very best to get me in and out in a timely manner. So happy to have found a place that I can trust to get the job done and done well!

Came here with an oil leak issue. They were very patient in finding the cause and once they did they quickly got to work. My Vehicle was done in a timely manner. The two ladies in the front were super helpful and communicative. The whole staff is nice and extremely professional. Will be bringing all my vehicle business back to East Coast auto. I was having such a bad experience with 2 other mechanic shops, and my brother referred me to East Coast Auto & within 2 days they were able to repair my car. They are very punctual and very friendly and welcoming! The price was very affordable! I 10/10 recommend for anyone who is in need of a mechanic shop to come here before going anywhere else!!!!! It’s hard to find places like This!!! Thank you guys!! :)

The ladies at the front counter were absolutely pleasant and product savvy. The mechanics were polite and prompt. No games, hard work, good work, fast work. I was in and out. The rates that they charge on any type of vehicle service is extremely low. I will definitely make them my go to mechanic shop. No. Pushy, honest and professional. I recommend this place to anyone.
