The work was performed quickly while my friend and I waited. The atmosphere was pleasant will a toy car collection decorating the wall, and free caffinated coffee, sadly I drink decaf, but it smelled good. There were magazines to browse, and I Gideon bible, which was my choice to read because I find Psalms comforting. There is a tv that you can request they turn on as well. However, my one complaint is that when the clerk was describing the work being done on my car he directed his attention, and eye contact, to my male companion who had nothing to do with my car instead of to me. I found this to be a bit demeaning, and my fealings were hurt. Just because my compnion was male the clerk showed him the respect of car owner and demoted me by his dismissal of me to companion. I do not hold this against him because I understand that in that kind of setting it IS usually a man that the techs and clerks do business with. But I felt it worth mentioning so that other women who go there are prepared. I am not a feminist and do not feel the need to take a stand, they are all good workers, and pleasant conversationalists, and the work done is efficient. I will take my car there again next time it needs work. Peace
