Called Company to set up time for Edwards Electric to come to my newly purchased condo to install new breaker box and minor other electrical jobs. Before I could finish speaking the young man who answered the phone said and I quote " Let me stop you right there we are too backed up and we can't help you" A better answer would have been to say we are booked up right now but possibly we could take your number and call you or anything other than how it was handled. Would not use this company if they offered to do it for free!!!! Might want to have your employees find a more tactful way of saying that your company is too backed up then how it was told to me. Very nice people, I'd recommend them to anyone that looking for a industrial electric company.
