Overall, they're alright. My biggest complaint is that they are absolutely horrible about getting a diesel truck in anywhere near when they tell you they can. Got told a day, just over 2 weeks later, it still was not in. And that's after having called and asked and been told, "Sorry, our diesel guy has been out and busy, he'll be back at this point. We get it in either on this day or this day." Only other complaint is they need to be more thorough and make sure they find the true root of an issue.
