Carlos Gutierrez5 StarGreat customer service! Ivan showed up about 30 minutes after we called and began to diagnose our electrical issues. Once he realized that the issue was from a master meter in out building we went to go take a look. We realized we needed FPL to come out and he WAITED with us for them to show up. He was very nice and knew exactly what he was doing. If I ever have any issues again I will definitely be calling him.Friday 25th October 2019
