Christie Thompson1 StarLet me start by saying my boyfriend brought my car to you. His name is Jack Brown. In case you need to look it up. They didn't mount the fuse to anything and ran the cable into the steering column and it is rubbing on it. So it will ground out. They didn't re tighten the bolts on the thing that holds the car battery in place. So it slid against the radiator hose and was pinching it off. I took it there to have my amp and sub woofer installed. $250 for the 8 guage wire kit and labor fees to install it. I do not recommend going to them.Friday 18th March 2022
Min Seconds5 StarTHE QUALITY OF WORK APPEARS TO BE DONE CORRECTLY WE WILL SEE THE JURY IS STILL OUT BUT MY SOUND SYSTEM AND TINT AGAIN APPEARS TO BE FINE FOR NOW THE ONLY REAL ISSUE I HAVE IS THEY TAKE WAY WAY WAY TOO LONG SOUND BUT PRETTY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL COME BACK IF MY TINT DOESNT BUBBLE UP OR MY SYSTEM BLOWS OUT IF NOT I WILL CHANGE TO 5 STARS. Soobin Choi5 StarI had run into an issue with my car’s fuse box on the final step of dash cam hard wire installation. I was turned away from one place that didn’t understand what parking mode was and other places were ripping me off. Fred generously helped me wire up the fuse and get my dash cam running within minutes at no cost. I would gladly return here for any future car electronic services and recommend Fred for dash cam (incl. parking mode) installation services!Monday 7th February 2022
Adam Savage5 StarWent in with more questions than answers on a new sound system for a 2018 Toyota Prius. Got an hour of personal attention and more than enough information to make a decision. There was no pressure to make a sale. Checked out prices elsewhere and returned to buy and install. They were busy but still had me in and out during my appointment window. They even had to upgrade a few parts during the installation that they did not add to my invoice. Will be back with future service needs.Sunday 2nd January 2022
